Maia makes recommendations to deal with concerns that you identity and potential issues that Maia uncovers. The Suggestions screen lists issues with potential risks and articles to help address the challenge. Suggestions can be starred for priority, deferred and marked complete by swiping left.
Enter something that worries you and Maia will provide Suggestions with supporting articles. Your concerns will be saved until you archive or delete them by swiping left.
You can explore over 5,000 articles designed to educate and help caregivers by browsing or searching the Library. The Library is organized into eight top-level areas dealing with all areas of caregiving and health.
Most articles contain sections with links to other articles and resources. Some include videos from a library of over 500. Articles can be bookmarked and also shared with others in a Care Stream.
You can share Suggestions and articles with fellow caregivers via secure group messaging. You decide who can access each thread depending on the topic.
You can create reminders, tasks, and appointments that can be managed on a shared calendar.
You can journal to keep track of care events by typing, speaking, and uploading images and videos. Maia can automatically identify risks that might not be apparent.
You can review and update the profile of your older adult and their caregiver circle. Maia monitors interactions and events and updates the profile that is used to help discover hidden risks.
Under the top-left “hamburger” menu, you can manage your account, provide feedback and get help.
You can get screen Tips at any point by pressing the Maia icon for a few seconds.
