Are there any apps just for caregivers?

Most “caregiver” software is built for agencies, not caregivers. The Maia app was designed by caregivers for caregivers. The platform allows anyone providing help to an older adult to join a Care Circle and securely communicate, collaborate, identify risks, and take action to improve aging-in-place journeys and ease the stress of being a caregiver.
If caring for an older adult only required sending a text to a sibling once in a while, or learning about a medication using a Google search, we would not have a caregiver crisis. Caregiving is complex and challenging and a team sport. We all need help. Making the best decisions requires information you can trust, and communicating and collaborating efficiently is essential. The Maia Care AI platform was developed to provide all of the support you will need along what is often a journey of many years.
Caring for an older adult is one of the most satisfying, yet stressful things many of us will ever do. Well-understood guidance includes:
  • Take care of yourself, both physically and emotionally
  • Stay connected and informed
  • Ask for help
We also need to become more efficient. New tools like Maia Care’s AI app, use data and communication to help caregivers collaborate more efficiently, stay better informed, and make better decisions around care.Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Yes. At any time, you can ask Maia for a Snapshot of care for any period of time. A remote sibling may like a one-week view summary when checking in. Sometimes you just want to review the care that has been provided for a challenge over several months. A Snapshot can also be invaluable when preparing for an appointment with a Primary Care Physician or answering questions during an Emergency Room visit. A Care Snapshot can contain all data associated with an older adult, ranging from care events and observations to clinical notes and care plans.
Maia was designed with the help of hundreds of experienced caregivers. Maia Care did extensive research to discover the wide range of health, caregiving, safety, social, legal, and financial challenges encountered by caregivers on an aging-in-place journey. Using curated content and advanced generative AI systems, Maia can provide guidance and insights around virtually any challenge you may encounter.
A user can download the Maia app and set up tracking, make a care note, or research a topic in minutes. The Maia app is available for families at no charge.
